RULES AND CONDITIONS.

Entry implies knowledge and acceptance of the rules and conditions by competitiors and/or their guardians.
The judges’ decisions are final.
Horseboxes must not be mucked out on the showground or in the parking area and all litter is to be placed in the bins provided.
No horse or pony may be entered more than once in any class, except Clear Round.
No horse or pony under the age of 4 may compete in any ridden class.
No refund of entry will be made unless a doctor’s or vet’s certificate is supplied (except in the evnt of show cancellation – the organisers reserve the right to retain 25% of the entry fee to cover administration costs).
The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry without stating a reason for doing so.
The organisers reserve the right to close entries for any class and to vary the order, timing or composition of the schedule if considered expedient.
The organisers reserve the right to exclude from the showground anyone who is acting in a manner likely to bring the name of the club into disrepute.
Competitiors must report to the ring steward 15 minutes before the start of the class. Those competitors not ready at the time given may be eliminated.
Any horse or pony considered being a hazard or apparently not under control will be asked to leave the showground, and entry fees forfeited.
Anyone ill treating an animal will be asked to leave the showground, and entry fees forfeited.
Any objections must be lodged with the secretary in writing with a £10 deposit and within 10 minutes of the class ending.
Save for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organizers, neither the organizers of any event to which the rules apply nor the B.H.S. nor any agents, employee or representative of these bodies accepts any responsibility for any loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land or any other person or property whatsoever, whether caused by negligence, breach of contract or in any way whatsoever.
Strictly no dogs allowed on the showground.

Competitons will be run under Riding Club Rules. Hats must be approved to PAS015 / EN1834 standard and must be worn at all times whilst mounted. Back protectors are strongly recommended for all jumping classes.

Strictly no dogs allowed on site at Warrigal Farm. Please bring your own water for horses.




Ring One ~ Clear Round

Starting at 8:45a.m.
Clear Round Jumping at various heights to suit. Entry £3 per round or £5 for two ‘goes’.
Tickets must be purchased from the Secretary’s tent.

Ring Two ~ Show Jumping

Starting at 9:00a.m. sharp. Declarations to the ring steward at 8;35a.m please.

1. Minimus ~ 1’9”-2’0” Intended for genuine newcomers to jumping – entrants may not compete in Intermediate or Open Jumping.
